Sorrento Valley and Carlsbad lab buildings, hospital systems, UC and community-college campuses, the logistics parks of Otay Mesa and the hotel and convention floors downtown: San Diego's largest floors are as varied as any market we serve. First Class Building Supply & Services delivers, deploys, trains and supports Gausium cleaning robots across San Diego County, from Oceanside to the border.
Five kinds of buildings account for most of the San Diego demos we run.
Corridors beside restricted rooms, with facilities teams that need proof of what was cleaned. The robot stays inside the boundaries you draw and logs every run.
Corridors that never close and sheet-vinyl floors that show every scuff. A quiet scrubber runs short windows and docks itself.
Lecture halls, gyms, dining commons and long hallways spread across a campus, cleaned on a schedule that a robot keeps without overtime.
Ballroom pre-function areas, exhibit halls and back-of-house corridors that turn over between events, plus the Otay Mesa warehouses that supply them.
We already deliver and support robots for customers outside our home market; San Diego is served by our own team from delivery through service.
Scheduled delivery to your San Diego County site, with unboxing, charging and a docking check.
We map routes on the floor, set restricted zones for labs and patient areas, and schedule the first week of runs.
Your facilities lead and the night crew learn the app, the controls and the consumables routine in one session.
Maintenance is scheduled, a technician comes to the building for faults, and brushes, filters and squeegees ship from stock.
Each run produces a map and a summary; lab and hospital facilities teams keep them for audits, hotels use them for event turnover records.
One person at First Class owns your account from the demo onward.
Biotech tenants and hotels usually want the service plan; hospitals and colleges more often purchase or lease from capital budgets. We put all three in one proposal.
Own the machine outright, with delivery, mapping and training included and an annual service plan available.
A monthly rate that covers the robot, software, preventive maintenance, parts and service. We own the asset; you get the clean floor and the log.
Fixed payments over a set term with a path to ownership, familiar to finance teams that lease other equipment.
About $680 a month financed over 60 months, subject to credit approval, versus $2,500 to $4,000 a month in part-time floor labor. See how those numbers are built, or compare the three options in detail.
Mixed surfaces and tighter corridors favor the compact and mid-size machines here.
A compact four-in-one for lab support corridors, clinic floors and hotel back-of-house where hard floor and carpet alternate.
A mid-size scrubber for hospital corridors, campus buildings and exhibit halls.
Autonomous vacuuming for carpeted ballroom pre-function areas, lecture halls and office wings.
One visit, one section of your floor, one written proposal.
Floor finishes, restricted zones, elevators, charging spots and storage are noted with your facilities lead.
How much hard floor and how much carpet decides the model and the nightly run time.
One recommendation, or two units where a building or campus mixes surfaces.
The robot maps and cleans a representative area while your team watches.
Buy, lease and Robot-as-a-Service side by side, with the demo's coverage map.
Yes. Delivery, mapping, training and service cover San Diego County from Oceanside, Carlsbad and San Marcos in North County to Otay Mesa, Chula Vista and National City in the south.
Yes, within the boundaries you set. Restricted rooms and gowning areas are excluded from the map as no-go zones, the robot cleans only the corridors and support spaces you assign, and each run is logged for the facilities record. Cleanrooms themselves are not part of the scope.
The robot, software and updates, preventive maintenance, parts and service, delivery, mapping and training, all for one monthly rate. We own the machine for the term of the agreement.
First Class. Maintenance is scheduled, a technician comes to your site for faults, and consumables ship from stock.
That is how every San Diego deployment starts: a demo unit on your floor, a mapped section, a run your team watches, and then a proposal built from what we measured.
Tell us the city, the floor area and the floor type. We will call to set a time and confirm the model.
