First Class Building Supply & Services provides commercial janitorial services to commercial facilities. Since 2003 our crews have cleaned offices, medical and dental clinics, schools, retail stores, distribution centers and sport facilities on nightly, weekly and custom schedules. Every account starts with a free on-site walkthrough, gets a written scope and schedule, and is cleaned to a documented checklist on every visit.
Each building type gets its own scope. These are the facilities our crews clean most.
Workstations, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms and lobbies on a nightly or weekly cycle, scheduled around your tenants' hours so cleaning never interrupts the workday.
Exam rooms, waiting areas and restrooms cleaned with disinfectants applied to the product's stated dwell time, with the checklist adjusted to the practice's own infection-control requirements.
Classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, gyms and restrooms, with crews scheduled outside class hours and the heavier floor work timed for breaks and summer.
Sales floors, back-of-house and large warehouse floors, where floor care is the main job and a scheduled sweep-and-scrub program matters as much as the nightly clean.
Courts, locker rooms, showers and spectator areas, including the specialist care sport floors need to stay safe and presentable through a season.
If your facility is not on this list, describe it in the form below. We will tell you plainly whether it fits what our crews do.
Ask about your building →Combine these into one contract or start with a single service. Every item is written into your scope so both sides know exactly what a visit includes.
The core contract: trash and recycling, restrooms restocked and sanitized, dusting, glass, kitchens and break rooms, vacuuming and hard-floor care on a fixed schedule.
Strip and re-wax VCT and linoleum, scrub and recoat, tile and grout cleaning, polished concrete maintenance and periodic burnishing to keep hard floors protected.
Hot-water extraction and spot treatment for carpeted offices, corridors and common areas, scheduled quarterly or as part of the recurring program.
An on-site porter during business hours for lobby and common-area upkeep, restroom checks and restocking, spill response and touch-point wiping.
Rough clean after the trades leave, then a final clean before turnover: debris removal, dust on every surface, fixtures, glass and a first floor finish.
The same four steps for every account, whether it is one office suite or a multi-building campus.
We walk the building with you, measure the areas, note floor types and traffic, and ask what has and has not worked with previous vendors.
You get a quote that lists every task, the frequency of each, and the nights or hours we will be on site. No verbal promises.
Crews work from the checklist for your building and sign it off each visit, so you can see what was done and raise anything that was missed.
One person at First Class owns your account. Schedule changes, supply requests and complaints go to them, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
Our own crews do the work; we do not subcontract it. Tell us where your building is when you request a walkthrough and we will confirm coverage for that location before we schedule a visit.
Our crews cover Seattle, Kent and Tacoma and Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Issaquah and Sammamish for recurring janitorial service. For a building nearby but outside those cities, call and we will confirm on the walkthrough.
Call 888-675-2807 or request a walkthrough with your building's address and we will confirm coverage for your location before scheduling anything.
Pricing depends on square footage, floor types, how often you want service and what the scope includes, so we do not quote from a phone call alone. We walk the building first, at no charge, then send a written quote with the scope and schedule spelled out.
Yes, our crews are insured. Ask us for a certificate of insurance during the walkthrough and we will send it with your quote.
Nightly, several nights per week, weekly, or a custom schedule built around your building's hours and traffic. Day porter coverage is available during business hours for lobbies, restrooms and common areas.
Yes. We do the rough clean after trades finish, removing debris and dust from surfaces, fixtures and floors, and then the final clean before turnover so the space is ready for occupancy. General contractors are a regular client type for us.
We can. First Class is an authorized Gausium dealer, and an autonomous floor scrubber can be added to a janitorial program for large hard-floor areas. See our cleaning robots page for the models and the buy or lease options.
Tell us about the building and when you would like us to come by. We will confirm coverage, walk the space with you, and send a written scope and quote. No obligation.
